There is currently a wait list on all moorings and marina berths for rent or buy.

Marina Berth Fees (annual):

When you buy a marina berth at NSC you are buying a licence to occupy it. Some berth owners periodically rent their berth out, however there is a members waiting list for these. . You MUST be a full senior member of the NSC to either rent or buy a licence to occupy. When buying a licence to occupy a berth there are additional annual fees after purchase which are:

  • Membership of NSC $280

  • Marina License: $450

  • Marina Fee & Maintenance levy: $360

  • Marina Insurance (maintenance levy and insurance collected on behalf of the SailFish Marina).
